Getting Started

Polypipe Perks is only open to sole traders and small businesses (i.e those that do not work on large commercial contracts, have contracts for regional housebuilders or national developers). 

Account Status

Once logged in, visit your Dashboard and view My Account. Here you can update your details.

Collecting Points

Once you have set up your account, verified and uploaded your first receipt, you will begin collecting points.

Allow 4 working days for receipts to be processed and your points balance to be updated.

There are a few reasons why your receipt may be rejected: the total spend may not be clear so we cannot read the receipt value. The invoice name may not match your account name. The receipt 

There is no time limit to use your points, however if you have not interacted with Polypipe Perks for 12 months, we will set your points balance to zero. You will be notified 30 days prior and if there is no interaction within those 30 days, the balance will be set to zero. (By interaction, we mean uploading a receipt/ invoice, or claiming a perk.)

You can view your points on your dashboard of your account.

You will only receive points for items from our Polypipe Building Products division. 

For every £1 you spend on Polypipe Building Products items, you will receive 1 point.

You are not able to gift your points. You may claim a perk and gift this.

Redeeming Points

Please contact us at Polypipe.PerksHelp@polypipe.com with your full name, address and details of the perk you have claimed so we can look into this.

You cannot trade your points for a cash alternative. You must redeem your points against a prize in our catalogue, which does have a gift card category should you wish to purchase a voucher.

Delivery & Returns

Please expect delivery to be up to 60 days.

Our fulfilment partner Loyalty Works will send you an SMS or email with the delivery window.

You are not able to return a prize.
